RENT A DRESS - COAT - HANDBAG

  • All rentals are for one full week. Example...Pick up on a Wednesday and return the following Wednesday.

  • Cleaning and insurance against small repairable damages/removable stains is included in the rental price.

  • In some instances we may ask for a deposit. Example…Luxury items, under 18 renters and those who are from another country and are here on business or vacation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A RENTER

  • Notify us of any damages, no matter how small, when you return your rental.

  • Take good care of your rental but do not clean it. This is done exclusively by us.

​​

  • Return your rental on time or notify us of further need if necessary.

LEGAL STATEMENTS

  • Rental items that are not returned within 2 weeks of the end of the contract date and with no contact between the renter and 200 Dresses will be considered as a theft and legal action will be initiated.
     

  • In the case of irreparable damages you are required to pay a replacement fee equal to 6x the amount of the rental fee. 200 Dresses reserves the right to define irreparable damages on a case by case basis.
     

  • Official photo ID and a working phone number are required for all contracts and all payouts
